A big trouble - Help me!

Good morning!
I am making a homepage and have a problem:
I make a graphic menu with six itens:

choice01 - opens a .mov file at 10x10 position
choice02 - opens an image with four rollOvers in it - same position
...
...
...
choice 05 - opens another image with rollOvers
choice 06 - opens another .mov
all in the same position...

problems:

1: how to make the image with the rollOvers?
the image is an rectangle with four sections and in the
sections will be the rollOver buttons
2: how to open then as described?
on click opens the specific file on specific position

somebody could help me?

no... the image (with rollOvers) will appear only when I click the correpondent button so: how to compose the image?

In Flash I create an movie clip with the image and with the rollOver and, when click the button, I load this movie clip...

in DHTML how to do this?

another detail: the image size is w:498px h:306px and have to appear at L:10px T:10px position when the button was clicked...

The main trouble is: Compose the image and control when is a .mov file and when is an image file...
