cookies that last one session

Hi ppl
1. I need to set coockies that are valied for only one session. How do you do it?
2. Person might want to log off and log on again as a different mamber (say an admin logs off as himself and log in as a junior staff to fix a problem) I need o terminate the old coocke and set a new one in this case. How do you do it?
