forum thing

hey, i've been told this is the forum to post this. I'd like to create a forum sort of thing for my homepage. Basically what i want is an input box where people write their comments, then when they press te submit button their comment will be displayed in a list with all the other comments below. If there was a language filter it would be good, but i don't know how difficult that would be. Any help would be greatly apreciated. thanks.

In all honesty, unless you are looking for the coding experience, your best bet would be to search a script archive for a good "forum" or "bulletin board" script, and install it.

It's mainly a "reinventing the wheel" thing - there are lots of good (free) and feature rich forum programs out there.
