cookies troubles...

Hi,

On my site, I am setting up a cookie. All is fine and run smooth except with internet explorer. The cookies are blocked. My site is not collecting informations but preferences for the next time people visit the site. How can overcome this problem ?????? I heard of a privacy statement but I have no idea how to do so and whether this is my solution... any idea ???

To allow cookies to be set, the visitor has to change their browser settings.

A privacy statement is just something you publish to the web to alert your viewers as to how you handle the information you gather from their usage of the website. It's not a program or code that makes anything happen.
