I have a series of 10MB (or so) videos, that are 30 second clips. Using iMovie, I can get them down to less than 1MB for streaming at 12fps and 240x180 in .mov format. It looks OK, but I would like it to look a little better, but not be a lot larger.
Any recommendations for which format to use? MP4?
