script to control QT movie

I am new to javascript and web design (obviously). I am trying to write a script that moves text across the page and then plays a QT movie. I got the text movement ok but can't seem to keep the movie hidden and to have it play at the right time. Now that I added code for that my text is not doing what it should. Any suggestions would be welcome and thanks for taking the time in advance.
