Sendmail

I've installed RED HAT 7.2 Web Server and trying to get sendmail to work. Not as a Mail Server just the ability to send mail from the server. I've changed the hostname to somthing other than localhost.localdomain, it worked for about a half hour. I rebooted the server to verify the hostname would not change. After that Sendmail stopped working all I get is this :

I've tried to use :

/usr/sbin/sendmail -q (to force the mail out)

but it dose not work.
