image script help

i am working on this page out of a frameset:

and i used a script from here:

http://javascript.internet.com/miscellaneous/image-slideshow.html#source

i'm trying to use my images instead of the images the script writer provided, why do i have red x's?

do i need to define size or anything like that, i know for a fact the images i am defining in the code are different sizes.

btw, yes i did upload all the images to the same folder on the same space as the home3.html file

after thinking about it, if there is a way to just have the images randomly change after 5 seconds or whatever on their own that would be alot better than having the arrows like this script does....


can anyone help with that
