Sorry for my english, not so good, but i hope you get my point....


Hello, you all know the F5 update button on IE or all other internett browser. Im wondering how to set this up in a frame or something. So when you go to my page one off my frames are auto update every 5 sec or something?

Im wondering because im try to link on of my frame to one page who is mutch updatet.. often...

You could set a meta refresh tag inside the opening and closing <head> tags as shown below:

<head>
<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="300">
</head>

Where content is specified in seconds.
