Frontpage 2003 File Upload Button

Please forgive me. I am new here and to web development. I use FrontPage 2003 and am teaching myself about forms. I just have one basic question...

Can a File Upload (Browse) button be set to upload someone's pictures and upon pressing the submit button be sent directly to the recipient's email without needing to access the server or anything? Like a data form can be sent via email.

I have a website form for people to upload pictures and I can't get it to work. It keeps asking for username and password upon submitting. :confused:

Any help would be much appreciated.

Here's a brief tutorial (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/299763). Don't know if that will help or not.

Have you checked to make sure that your server is set up to accept uploads? It could be simply a permissions problem that your web host can rectify.
