not sure if this the best place to post this, I'm trying to find a tutorial on how to Create a flash presentation of slide show with pages from my web site to offer a demo.

anyone see such a thing

any one no of a tutorial that shows a tutorial on how to create a demo on how to use a web based program. I thought of flash but, i cannot figure out how to take a pitchure of the screen
