premature cutoff

Hi All,
I have a .mpeg embedded on a page using Object/embed tags. Object tag use windows media player codebase
The running time is 1:30 and it plays fine for me and others in my office.
When our client plays it sometimes they see the whole thing, other times it cuts off at 1:09.

They are looking for an explanation as to why and I don't know what the reason could be. Does anyone have a plausible explanation?

It may have something to do with the internet connection speed.
Believe it or not a lot of people are still on slow dial-up connections.
Basiclly their computer can't handle the file size.

A work around is offering a broadband and a dial version.
