Hey everyone I have imported an avi video into my website. On my pc it shows up fine but on my mac the video blinks constantly its very annoying!! Not to mention the image will also show in the top left corner occasionally also blinking. What is making this happen. I have seen this before when I view other peoples videos too. Any help would be great, thank you so much

So can you give me ur video's link? I'm interesting to see..

And I have one more question... Why do load AVI files to web??? Flash format is better coz it's size is smaller.

May be ur problems coz of file format?

The best format for web is flash as far as I know... Avi files is too large for this... All in all it's not useful for web.

Well lisa33 I recommend to you too convert ur video format to flash. There are a lot of converters now. Just ask google something like "video to flash converter"..

P.S. In my opinion one of the best progs is video to flash converter (http://www.geovid.com/Video_to_Flash_Converter) or Pro (http://www.geovid.com/Video_to_Flash_Converter_Pro/) version.

I convert my videos too. Well I heard about geovid's tools. They are great.. All I can add - you also may visit vidflash (http://www.vidflash.com). It's on-line service. It's free and works with any OS.

hi! i tried this converter and liked the PRO version so much...but i don't have an opportunity to purchase it, just using trial version... :( so i had to find something else, and encountered VisiFly.com- i think it's one of the best too, and costs only 39.95! advise to you to check it up too :)

Thanks for link. I like it too... And it's cheaper.. But actually I've made choice in favour of geovid's tool.

Yeah it costs about 60 bucks. But it works easy and nice. There are useful abilities in it (it is possible to generate HTML code automatically for Web).

One my good friend has advised me this converter. I trust his opinion. ;)

i thought about this,actually, like the useful abilities it has..and decided that for such a worthwhilwe tool i'll store money and buy it :)
