Can Set a custom ICON for a Batch file?

hi every body,

i am creating a batch file in the run time, then using the header() function in the server. Then i am forcing to download. Using the Run, Save popup window, user can save it in their machine.

I want to set my custom icon. is it possible to set the custom ICON?

if yes, when can i do? how?
