I am with tiscali. Please advise me how I can find out how much traffic comes to my site?

We use This (http://statcounter.com/). There are free versions as well as low-cost paid versions.

If your tiscali hosting includes perl try awstats, it keeps track of the traffic to most of the sites that I have built commercially and hasn't let me down yet

I'm using Google Analytics which is a free service from Google. It provides all the web traffic statistics you could ever want. :)
