hi all,

i have a problem, my company have a web site, and the designer is using dreamweaver as the development environtment, but in the search engine if we fill the key word according the metadata in my company website page why my company website is not show in the result show,

my question is what is the search engine use to search a website?
is it the metadata on the HTML webpage, or the text inside the website, or it have a special technique for this search method?

thanks before.
Best Regards

IF the sites new there is nothing short of paid placement that will make you show up where you want to be.

The other thing to consider is that meta tags like the keywords and discription can be more harmful than helpful these days. Most searches do your ranking based mainly on your sites content on the page. Since anyone could load your keywords with junk unrelated to your site simply to try and get traffic (old trick from the 90's).

So make sure your sites content is plentiful to make it work. I also tell my clients don't expect any "GOOD" search results for at least 6months on a brand new site.

so what is your suggest to make a nice content on my page so the search engine would like to show my website in the search result? do i have to try to load my own website every hour, so the trafic get increase? or i should redesign my company web page?

No, don't load your own website every hour.

Just add this code in your meta tags.

<meta name="revisit-after" content="30 days">

You can make the 30 days to 1 day.
