HELP! How can visitors upload video?

Hi guys. I see many softwares and scripts that convert Video to FLASH online. The problem is that they're useful only if a Webmaster (or a site owner) uploads videos by himself/herself. Has anyone seen or does anyone know a script/software that would allow visitors (members) on my site upload their video file (then automatically converted to FLASH and stream without a FLASH media server)? My site is run in PHP/MySQL on Apache/Linux server. I'd really appreciate any help, advice, info or link. It's getting really cold. Warm it up guys. :p
