multiple combo menus and frames

I have two seperate scripts using different functions. One allows me to drop down a list and bring the result in the rigght hand frame.
The other allows me to make one drop down list conditional on the result from the above list.
I need them to be combined to really be useful. I have the scripts got them from javascriptsource.com if any use.
