Download embedded video from swf files

I can't seem to download the flash files from the address (http://www.eyezmaze.com/grow/cube/index.html)
i click on page info and find the embeded flash,but can't download it.

Another, how can I convert flash files from youtube to my ipod? I found an excellent flv converter (http://www.soft29.com/dvd_video/video_converter/flv-converter.html), but not knew if it could convert flash from youtube. How to make flash suitalbe for youtube?

Did you ask permission from the owner if you could download the games?
Yes it can convert flv files from youtube you just need to get them first. Firefox has extensions for this. Search for them. Unplug seems to work well.

That's a good question, seems too old to answer, but just found it is interesting and funny enough. Early before, I just hope that I can can get the same video downloading tool to capture embedded flash video (http://www.video-download-capture.com/how-to-capture-embedded-video.html) as something like youtube stuff, but proves to be ineffective. So the suggested method is to record video.
