Twice now, you've been pointed to various free forums. Once in this section, and the other in the PHP section. No one's going to write you a forum, so what's wrong with the premade ones?

Go to www.teemz.com ...it's free and VERY easy to install, but for a reasonable fee you can even hire them to do your installation. It really is a great free forum set up and the site above has very active online support boards. (No I'm not affiliated just impressed)
