Does any one know how to start a web hosting project?! What do i need, skills and equipment?!

Number one item: either extensive knowledge of internet/networking security issues and solutions, or else the willingness/ability to hire someone with that knowledge to configure your servers and routers and to continuously implement security updates.

You'd probably want an expert or expertise in computer engineering or electronics engineering. Someone to actually run the hardware. Yu also need an expert or expertise in networking, programming, and so on.
