Now to the rest of you........ i don't understand why people here are so mean to new people learning how to do this stuff. i only come here when i have exhausted looking and not finding it. i was told "webdevelopers" is the place to go for getting answers from nice people. i have actually sat here for over 30 minutes and no one even bothered to LOOK at my question..... too much beneath you?????? Well, just remember how you felt when you were first learning and have some heart.

Please don't think that you are the only one new here, or just learning, or that Aussie Girl is the only one here that is pleasant and helps out. There are many of each. :)

30 minutes isn't actually a very long time to wait for a response from a place like this. It's actually a very short time for a place like this. You just need a little patience. ;)
As for being "mean to new people", if you do encounter abuse or harrassment from other members of the forum then you should notify a moderator or administrator immediately. You should be able to contact one via PM. Be sure to provide a link to the post in question and state why you find it to be unacceptable.
You should be able to find one of us easily by going to the main index page (the one that lists all the different forum sections like HTML, CSS, Javascript and so on) and scrolling down to the bottom. There's a box that says who's online. Administrators and moderators names appear in bold type. Just click one of the names and it should bring up a page about them with a link to PM them.

While you were waiting did you happen take the initiative to search this forum for "address icon"? If so then you would've had your answer in about one minute without even having to put in the effort of posting in the first place.
