Making a link in a web page make noise on cliick and also change to the next page

Hi There can anyone tell me how to do this

I want to make a picture that I have used as a link in HTML for my website. Let out a noise when I click the link.

A frind told me to use on click but I cant do it. Anyone able to help?

If so can the advise how it is coded?:confused:
