Google Indexed To Quick

I have had a domain name indexed by google with the wrong title to it, the title is
to another domain name, I think I just uploaded from Cpanel with out checking the
title to it.

The title match's the domain now, I need to get it indexed by google ASAP.

What would be the best way to do this, start posting in blogs with the domain
name, email google about. This is vary embarrassing please help.

Any time google finds a new site linking to you will revisit your site to check it. If he finds new content and changes will make the changes. Also try to update your content more frequently with news and articles that apear on you homepage.
