don't know how to change openbase_dir with htaccess :(

Hello,

i've been looking on google and in different forums, but i don't find an answer to my problem :

i have to create an .htaccess file with only one line in it : i need to change the value of openbase_dir.

But i really don't know how! Never did things like that
Does anybody have ideas please??

For security reasons, it can only be changed in the php.ini or httpd.conf files.
