Getting popups with competitors! HELP!

I run a mortgage website, for some reason when you go to any page, it pops up with a advertisement to another mortgage company at http://www.lowratesource.com/index.html?nopop=1&xid=0&CID=2025

I cant find anything in my code that would cause this, please help!
