I'm trying to start Job Board (web site like www.jobsinme.com (http://)) and I will be using http://www.webscribble.com/products/webjobs/index.shtml (http://) for the datbase. But what I want is bulding to build the fist page GUI that will lead to the database.......
Is there any program you would suggest for that?
