Help required Admin Page for a form

iam new in php...please help me out
Can any1 guide me how to make a Edit page for a form.. i wil explain u in detail.

iam having a registration form and i want to make a page that the customer will see after clicking on submit on that registration form.. i want all that information which the customer filled on that form on the next page with a edit button and when they click on edit button they shld get the sam info which he enter in that particular form and they shld be able to edit it and submit it again... ur help will be really app.

?>Your script would look something like the above. I've added a counter so that - if you decide that entering and editing 99 times should be enough - you can always stop the input/edit process and send the user to another page.
