making a site like this help i am new to this all

i am still new to html and all that i want to set up a site like this 1 but i dont now where to start what scripts i need all that i was wounder if some 1 could help me with the scripts and html and all that for a site like this somthing like a step by spet walk throw of now to make a forum like this :)

I would suggest you to google for phpbb and than install it on your server which will have PHP installed and with the help of a programmer (or you if you will learn MySql) you will create a database and you're ready to go. That's what you need:

software
hosting with php
database

and nothing more :P

Try to get a hosting service using UNIX. Most usually have in-built software that can do something like this.
