Header/Navigation Alignment

I need some HTML help. This is my website, I got hosted but this is just where I started off at:

On my computer, the site looks fine, but on other's the site looks demented and off. It looks like this (http://i11.tinypic.com/2yxjb6q.png). Notice how the navigation is completly off? Well, I'd like to get it so that it's like this (http://i14.tinypic.com/4h37lvd.png). But I have no idea how to do this. Can someone please help me?

Thanks for your reply. I'm new to HTML so bear with me. I'm not really sure how to correct these problems.....

Just a quick note. I have seen a lot of people on here asking for help with these pre-made layouts for fansites. The coding on them is horrible. Your best bet would be to read a tutorial and learn how to do it correctly yourself, because these pre-made things I keep seeing are just awful.
