how to make an image pop up on mouseover?

Hello

Would like to make a jpg image pop up upon mouseover of a certain text I have highlighted as a link on one of my pages...then upon mouseOut, would like the photo to pop out or disappear until next mouseover... how would I do this?

If we can make the image "grow" out and "shrink" back, well, even better! But I will take the simple pop up advice if above is too difficult.

Using DW 8.
