php web hosting

Hi,I think I am in the right place.

I want a web hosting site which will allow me php,mysql,allow large file size uploads around 10mb for video and zip uploads.



I have tried phpnet.us but this doesn't allow file uploads of more than 2M.
I would prefer around 100-200mb in size. The free web hosts don't mention the upload limit ?

Is there 1 around?

Dreamhost is a good deal. My account says 8M through browser upload limit though.
