I would like to put some information on my website and i want it to send to the users who requests information by filling a form on my web.

can you please tell me hoe can i do that..and is it possible to do it by using front page and what should i do to to achieve my target

If you want it done automatically, you would use autoresponders. Your Web host should have them available. If not, just search Google.
