Flickr Image Search [Pylicker]

I made this a few months ago, but it was intended to run on its own server, but I rewrote it to work on apache as python cgi. This is also an older version of what I was last working on. The new one shows the tags which you can then add or minus from the search, also links the authors name and shows whats the image is licensed under.

Yes the design is messed up but here it is:
