Information -> Form -> Submit -> Inbox...seems easy enough...

...but unfortunately for me, it hasn't been. I need a form handler that can take simple info and a picture upload and send it to an email address. This is supposedly simple, but I've had no luck what so ever with it. I'm wide open to suggestions!

Upload your image(s) following the instructions in the sticky above. Once that works, you can try sending it by mail using the mailer class found at http://phpmailer.sourceforge.net.
