Running Dreamweaver 8 (with the upgrade to 8.0.2), when I attempt to insert Flash using the menu options nothing appears to happen, but when I look at the code the following has been inserted.

When I attempt to drag an exisiting SWF file from the file structure again nothing appears to happen but looking at the code, the following has been installed.

How do I resolve this? I have attempt a complete reload of Dreamweaver but no change. Have also reinstalled Flash 8 and Fireworks 8 just in case they where involved!
Any ideas, it's becoming a real pain now.
