Weird Java Error on NT 4.0 only

I am admin for 4 NT 4.0 servers, a couple of Win2000 servers. I have a website that needs to be put on an NT 4.0 server. We have hundreds running that have javascript... no problem..... but.

The website in questions in running under *.asp. (again have done this many times before). But the site 'dies' when trying to display first page. The exact error display is

I did a find - the only files that have verbiage in them are *.js files - used in this asp page.

Soooo what the heck is missing from the NT4.0 box??? THis whole website runs fine under 2000 so I know it is not a developer issue.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The way you have described it it seems like a comment issue(really wiered one)

try changing this
// Variables Set-up
to

/* Variables Set-up */
