FormMail with Autoresponders

Hi I have a little problem with my formmail. My ISP provides me with autoresponders at my control panel, which I did set up properly.

But when I send a form from my website, it does not work (the autoresponder). Instead if I use yahoo mail services it does work.

So far you've told us that it's setup correctly but doesn't work. There really is no way for us to assess, and thus fix, anything with this very useless bit of information. Forgive me if I seem frustrated, but it is annoying when people say nothing more than "doesn't work" and expect us to tell them why.
