If you read the agreement they have the right to terminate you if you kill the banner.

You could try a free host like www.brinkster.com

They allow databases as well :)

Hey zach I just clicked on that link of yours in your signature, the page loads but there's nothing on it, and there's an error on it but that's probably the geocities banner.
