Sound like you are using default template. Why not create a nice header ( i mean flash ) and dhtml menu for your site?

Additional, you may consider activate site stat from your admin panel.

For each game page, can you add hints/tips/walkthroughs/etc? That would add value to your site.

Also, stick with the underlining standard of links only. Headings should be underlined only when they are links.

Maybe a paragraph on the home page about what the site is all about and who it is for (above the game menus).

It is a nice site.

Isn't the Mario image copyrighted? I'm not sure you can use that for your logo.
