Site in need of overhaul

I am submitting this site for review as a favour to my personal trainer. It is his company and is getting visitors each day, but none of them are converting to inquiries. I have a few ideas of my own why they aren't but I am in no way an expert and would appreciate that view on things. The site is http://www.easyfit-personaltraining.co.uk

Just worked for me -- must have been a glitch in the server the first time I tried to access it.
