I like the site. Blue is a good web color.
Button hovers are nice & subtle. Shadowing adds depth.

You could add hovers to the main navigation if you wanted to.
You might want to rethink the title and add keywords for SEO. (How many people would get to your site by searching for "Bristol Cove" or "Offshore Asset Management"? Maybe a few, maybe a lot. I don't know the answer to that, but you know the market)
Also - you could probably lose the repetition of "Contact Us" and "About Us" and instead focus on optimizing the text in the middle for the keywords you are targeting. Keywords found within the text will have higher weight than, for example, words in your glossary alone.

There's not a lot to say, except send it back once the site is filled out a little more.
