Bizarre port forwarding issues

Hey, i'm trying to set up port forwarding on my Dell wireless 2350 Broadband Router. I found a very good step-by-step guide on the internet.

now, this should tell me exactly what to do... i have my static IP address, i am able to log into my router. Now here's where the problems come in. When i log in, everything looks exactly the same, down to the front page.... UNTIL i scroll over 'advanced settings'

now..

there my toolbar has all of the same things, except it skips right from Access Control settings to Administration Settings....
so i don't have the option of accessing Port Forwarding Settings.
Now, this is fairly frustrating, and the help menu doesn't help me very much.
I've tried to call customer support, but they have disconnected me about 4 times, so im pretty steamed with them :mad:

If possible, could anyone help me figure this out?? :confused:
