I took a look. At first glance, it looks like one big Google ad. I don't think the main page does convince people to go further.

I would increase the text size and add more content to the main page. Move it out of one big clump with headings.

Your page heading "Free Google PageRank Checker, Multiple PageRank Checker, Free PageRank Display" doesn't have links and doesn't convey the impression that it is a title because it is three separate thoughts separated by commas. Maybe make a big title at the top to match your page title, "The Best Thing In Life Is Shared". Title and keywords must be repeated throughout the page in different ways and different parts of the page for SEO.

Change the look of your navigation to be more button-style than hyperlink style (but use CSS to do it), maybe move it the left side.

Try to make the layout bigger; maybe use a flexible layout to fill up the page a little more. Rather than surrounding the whole site with one blue box, break up the different parts of the site - ads, content, branding, navigation.

About SEO. Target your keywords. For each different set of keywords, make a separate landing page optimized for that set. Then make the home page to draw users in. Search engines will send searchers directly to the optimized landing page, which will help users find what they want better.

What is YOUR goal for a visitor to the site? To click on the ads? To use your free tools? I think those two things were fighting each other; the ads were actually more prominent than the free tools. For me, that is a turn-off; I wouldn't click on the ads as a visitor.

Keep trying. Design, usability, and SEO are a lot of hard work.
