I'm looking for a simple forum software.
It's for a non-profit organisation and the people are not computer-savvy. WAMP is much too complicated for the users. Number of post: 10/week.
Requirements:
freeware or shareware
running on windows 2000 or 2003
complete package
easy to config
possibility to translate the template files
A "free forum" is not an option (too much advertising, spam messages)
