Please critique a site I'm working on! :)

Hello all -

I've been working on a website for the International Association of Microsoft Certified Professionals.

I didn't get to design the site nor did I get to have input on the "wording" used in the site, etc.

I'm getting ready to do a site re-design and I would LOVE to get your feedback
to show what can and should be done with the site.

I like the overall look of this site, very clean. There's a blip at the top of Internet Explorer asking to run a name.dll which will turn people off. I'm a computer savvy guy and I didn't activate it. There's seems to be a preference for horizontal space instead of vertical space which means I have to expand the window to full screen to see the whole screen. Having a dual monitor system, I'm very used to working on 5 things at once and having something take up all of one of my screens is annoying.

I like the logo and color scheme though. Also the navigation is fairly straightforward and intuitive.
