website host help please

im looking for a free web host so i can make a little site for my boy's football team score's with a forum so i can post time and date's of there next game's ect
i dont mind it having bannas as i no thats how they make there money..
what would be ideal is a free host that will let me make the html page's and upload them but it will need to have its own forum software as thats one thing iv not learnt yet

i no it seems a lot to ask but if you could help it would make my 2 boy's very happy

I think bravehost (or something close to that) has pre-fab forums that you don't need to set up at all. They're very primitive forums, but no fuss, no muss.
