Source Code Problem in Flash 8

I used to publish websites using just Flash 8. Worked fine.
Then I installed Studio 8. When I create a website now (again using Flash), the page source is wrong. It does not show any of the hyperlink codes (a href). According to the page source it is as if there is no content.

Could someone please tell me why this change happened after installing Studio 8, and how I can solve this issue?

do you uninstall the old flash 8?
if not, do it
