Can this be done?

I have a script program written in HTML & Javascript. Is it possible to use an installer with the program so that I can use it offline? The purpose of the installer would be to then place the program onto my computer hard drive and in my startup menu, etc...

Finding an installer creator isn't hard.

So long as your files stay relative to each other it should work fine.
