I copied some of the code on the notepad. It's huge.
If this is a virus what other files do I need to erase?

It doesn't look like a virus. It looks like a temp directory that was made by a program you installed. Once it installed it never deleted the directory it created. msxml.msi is an install file.

I think that's a known bug in an MSXML auto update ("patch Tuesday") attempt. There's info on Microsoft's site about how to fix it so it won't just keep trying and failing.

It's a log file. These crop up occasionally with no known reason. You might be able to delete it but I'd rename it to .bak first and see if anything fails. The program might just make a new one.

I receive the same message in my computer for two weeks already and I'm a bit worried cuz a friend of mine told me that it is actually a message from Microsoft that someone is viewing my files, security settings and configuration from their computer. She also said that somebidy had implanted a virus or bug in my computer. Please advise and I'm really freaked out... Thanks!

No, this is a log file left by an installer, probably something from Microsoft's auto update.
